MISSION STATEMENT - St. Luke’s United Church of Christ strives to enable members and friends to achieve a journey of life-long faith development.
St. Luke’s United Church of Christ provides a nurturing center of worship, music, fellowship, study and life-long learning. We see faith as an ongoing and evolving process. We strive to engage in open tolerant dialogue and conversation with one another and all who work to grow in faith.
Walking into a new church can be intimidating and at times terrifying depending on your previous church experience. Most people are apprehensive when they visit a new place. If you are considering attending our worship service, we invite you to come check out our "New Here" page. We can't fully describe what you will experience, but at least we can try to give you an idea of what to expect. This page is designed to help you “know” St. Luke’s before you ever set foot in the door.
Have a question? Have a prayer request? Maybe you just need someone to talk to. Feel free to give us a shout. We would love to hear from you.
You can either contact us by phone, email, or you can stop by the church during our office hours. We would love to sit down and help you with whatever you need. We look forward to hearing from you.
Check out our full list of events! We have a lot of exciting things coming up. You will not want to miss a single thing. Make sure you stay tuned for updates all year long!
We have a ministry for everyone. It is our mission to get you plugged in with a group you feel comfortable with. Feel free to take a look at our ministries. We have something for everyone. We look forward to having you join us.
Want to get connected with the St. Luke's UCC? Awesome, we would love to have you join us in worship, fellowship, and in serving God. We are always looking for more hands on deck. Contact us now to get connected.
Wear whatever you would like. You will find people in jeans, suits, dresses, and shorts. You will be welcome in whatever you are wearing.
Enter on the driveway on the north side (the left side of the building) and exit on the south side driveway. There is handicapped parking in all three areas of the lot: near the north door, the south door and in the large parking lot at the back (east). Most people use the east entrance. There are three steps at the east entrance and no steps on the north or south entrances. The building is all on one level.
A long hallway leads from the east entrance to the sanctuary. All classrooms, restrooms, etc. are accessed from the hallway. Signs are posted throughout the hallway to guide you. A greeter will be at the east entrance to welcome you when you arrive. The north and south doors enter into a narthex area right outside the sanctuary.
We welcome visitors to participate in any and all classes and activites. A great way to connect is through Sunday School classes, choirs, fellowship events, and service projects. Find out more about Sunday School classes here. Register for Sunday School here.
