Instructions for Using Automated Giving

* Please print the ETF form and turn it into the church office.

* You may make changes any time you wish by filling out another form.

* If any changes need to be made (date, amount, holds, cancellations, etc.)

they must be given to the church office at least 3 Business days before scheduled transaction.
