On September 30, 2018, the Dreamers Class sponsored a fishing derby, hot dog roast, and palm burning event for the congregation. The children enjoyed catching lots of fish at the James A. Reed Wildlife Center and received prizes for the their catch. Then a delicious pot luck dinner and hot dog roast followed. Linda led some fun songs and music and then the Dreamers class led the palm burning service. The palms were saved from the last Palm Sunday and the ashes will be used at the next Ash Wednesday service.
